Getting There

• Walking

  Start your journey at the Saco Train Station located at 5 Industrial Park Rd, Saco, ME 04072. Exit the station and head southeast on Industrial Park Rd toward Main St. After about 0.2 miles, turn right onto Main St. Continue walking straight for approximately 0.4 miles, and you will reach 209 Main St. The Saco Healing Arts Center will be located in the building on the right side, in UNIT 301. The total walking distance is approximately 0.6 miles, which should take around 12-15 minutes.

  If you are at the Saco Train Station, you can take the local bus service. Board the Biddeford-Saco-Old Orchard Beach Transit (BSOOB) bus at the station. You will want to take the bus towards Saco. After a short ride, disembark at the 'Main St & Water St' stop. From there, walk southwest along Main St for about 0.3 miles. You will find the Saco Healing Arts Center at 209 Main St, UNIT 301 on your left. The total travel time may vary depending on bus schedules but generally should take about 30 minutes.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from local rental shops in Saco. Start from the Saco Riverwalk, which is a scenic route. Head north along the river, then turn right onto Main St. Continue cycling until you reach 209 Main St, UNIT 301.
