From the center of Western Maine Mountains, head east on Route 302 towards Naples. Continue on Route 302 until you reach the junction with Route 115. Take a left onto Route 115 and follow it until you reach the ferry terminal in Yarmouth. This ferry will take you to Peaks Island. The ferry service is provided by Casco Bay Lines, and you can purchase tickets online or at the terminal. Ensure to check the schedule for departure times.
