Car
If you are driving from the center of Livingstonia, head south on the main road (C47C) towards the direction of the Livingstonia Mission. Continue on this road for about 3.5 kilometers. Look for a sign or landmark indicating the direction to Manchewe Waterfalls. You will need to turn off the main road onto a smaller dirt road that leads towards the waterfall. The last stretch is unpaved, so proceed with caution. Follow the road for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the parking area near the waterfall entrance. There is no parking fee, but be prepared to walk a short distance to reach the viewing area of the falls.

Public Transportation
From the main bus station in Livingstonia, take a shared minibus heading towards the Livingstonia Mission. The fare is generally around 500 MWK. Inform the driver that you would like to get off at the turn-off for Manchewe Waterfalls. Once you alight, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along the dirt road towards the waterfall. The path may be uneven, so wear appropriate footwear. Make sure to carry water and snacks, as there are limited facilities nearby.

If you are already in the vicinity of Livingstonia, you can walk to Manchewe Waterfalls. From the center of town, head towards the main road (C47C) and follow it south for about 3.5 kilometers. Look for the sign indicating the turn-off for the waterfalls. Once you reach the dirt road, continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at the waterfall's viewing area. The walk will take approximately 1 hour, so plan accordingly and bring plenty of water.
