Continue straight for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with the road leading to the Shire River. Turn right at the junction and follow the road for about 5 kilometers. You will see signs pointing towards Kamuzu Bridge. The bridge is located at XR93+394, Shire River, Chikwawa. Be mindful of any wildlife crossing the road during your drive.

    To reach Kamuzu Bridge via public transportation, you will first need to take a minibus or taxi from within Majete Wildlife Reserve to Chikwawa town.
