From Majete Wildlife Reserve, head north on the M1 highway towards Liwonde. Continue for approximately 40 km until you reach the junction for Liwonde National Park. Follow the signs indicating 'Liwonde National Park' and take the right turn onto the road leading into the park. The park entrance will be on your left after a few kilometers. Make sure to have cash available for the entrance fee, which is approximately USD 10 per person.

To travel from Majete Wildlife Reserve to Liwonde National Park using public transport, you will need to take a minibus. First, head to the nearest minibus station in Chikwawa (approximately 30 minutes from Majete by car). From Chikwawa, catch a minibus heading to Liwonde. The minibus fare should be around MWK 1,500 (about USD 2). Inform the driver that you want to stop at Liwonde National Park. Once you arrive at the park's entrance, you will need to pay the entrance fee of approximately USD 10.
