If you are in the central area of Mzuzu, start by heading towards the Mzuzu Market, which is a well-known local landmark. From the market, proceed northwest along the main road (Chibanja Road) for about 15 minutes. After passing several shops and local eateries, look for the entrance to the Mzuzu City Council, which is located on G2PG+CR6. The building is recognizable by its government signage and should be on your left.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near Mzuzu Market. Start by cycling towards Chibanja Road and follow the road northwest for about 15 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye out for traffic and pedestrians. The Mzuzu City Council will be on your left at G2PG+CR6, easily identifiable by its city government office signs.
