Walking
If you are starting from the Kuala Terengganu city center, head towards Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin. Walk along this road for about 10-15 minutes. You will pass by the Terengganu State Museum on your left. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Batu Bersurat. Keep an eye out for the prominent monument in the center of the roundabout, known as Bulatan Batu Bersurat.

From the main bus station in Kuala Terengganu, take a bus that heads towards the city center. Inform the bus driver that you want to go to Bulatan Batu Bersurat. The journey should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive, disembark at the nearest stop to the roundabout and walk towards the monument in the center.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops near the coast. Start from the waterfront area and head towards Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin. Cycle straight for about 3 km, and you will arrive at the roundabout of Bulatan Batu Bersurat. There are bike racks available for parking your bicycle near the monument.
