Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the stop at the National Mall. From there, walk towards Independence Ave SW, and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum will be on your left.

Disembark at the Eastport stop and walk to the bus stop located on 3rd St. Take the MTA Bus 70 towards Washington, DC. After about 45 minutes, get off at the National Mall.
