From Assateague Island National Seashore, head northwest on Assateague Island Access Road toward Route 611. Turn left onto Route 611 and continue for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 50. Merge onto Route 50 East. Continue on Route 50 until you reach the bridge into Ocean City. Once in Ocean City, turn right onto S Atlantic Ave. The Ocean City Life-Saving Museum will be on your left at 813 S Atlantic Ave. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee during peak season.
