    From Green Ridge State Forest, exit the forest area and get onto US-40 E. Follow US-40 E for approximately 14 miles until you reach the junction with I-68. Merge onto I-68 E and continue for about 10 miles. Take exit 14 for US-40 E towards Hagerstown. Merge onto US-40 E and continue for about 22 miles. In Hagerstown, take the exit onto I-70 E towards Baltimore. Stay on I-70 E for about 20 miles and exit onto US-340 N toward Charles Town. Continue on US-340 N for about 15 miles, and then take the exit for MD-65 S towards Sharpsburg. Follow MD-65 S for approximately 7 miles until you reach Sharpsburg. Turn left onto E Main St, and Antietam National Battlefield will be located on your left at 302 E Main St, Sharpsburg, MD 21782.
