Car
From the main entrance of Seneca Creek State Park, head southeast on MD-119 S (Germantown Road) for about 5 miles. Merge onto I-270 N toward Frederick and continue for approximately 12 miles. Take exit 15 for VA-7 W toward Leesburg. Continue on VA-7 W for about 10 miles, then take the exit for US-15 N. After about 2 miles, take the exit for Fort Evans Rd NE. Turn right onto Fort Evans Rd NE, and you will find Leesburg Premium Outlets on your left at 241 Fort Evans Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176.

Public Transportation
From Seneca Creek State Park, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach the nearest public transportation hub, which is the Germantown Transit Center. From there, board a bus on the Metrobus route Z6 towards the Rockville Metro Station. Disembark at the Rockville Metro Station and transfer to the Washington Metro's Red Line towards Glenmont. Travel to the Shady Grove Metro Station and transfer to the MARC Train (Brunswick Line) towards Washington, D.C. Get off at the Leesburg stop. From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Leesburg Premium Outlets located at 241 Fort Evans Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176.
