From Brockton, head to the Brockton MBTA station located at 1-7 Crescent St. Take the Commuter Rail on the Middleborough/Lakeville Line towards South Station. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at South Station, transfer to the Orange Line subway train towards Oak Grove. Get off at Haymarket station and transfer to the Green Line at Government Center, taking the Green Line towards Riverside. Get off at Park Street and then transfer to the Orange Line towards Oak Grove, getting off at North Station. From North Station, walk to the nearby Haymarket bus terminal and take the Salem Express bus (route 450) towards Salem. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Salem, walk approximately 10 minutes to 115 Derby St, where The House of the Seven Gables is located.
