If you are traveling by car, start by getting onto MA-28 S from your location in Cape Cod. Continue on MA-28 S for about 10 miles until you reach the junction with MA-151 E. Take the exit toward Falmouth and merge onto MA-151 E. Continue on MA-151 E for approximately 3 miles. When you reach the intersection with Waquoit Highway (MA-28), turn left. Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve will be on your left at 131 Waquoit Hwy, East Falmouth, MA 02536. There is no admission fee to enter the reserve.

If you prefer public transportation, check the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus routes. You can take the Route 1 bus that runs from Hyannis to Falmouth.
