If you are in downtown Nantucket, start by heading south on Main Street towards the harbor. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Washington Street. Turn left on Washington Street and walk until you reach the ferry terminal. From the terminal, you can take a ferry to Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard. The ferry ride takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Oak Bluffs, exit the terminal and walk straight along Seaview Avenue. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach Lake Avenue. Turn right on Lake Avenue, and you will find the Flying Horses Carousel at 15 Lake Ave, on your left.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Nantucket. Start by heading south on Main Street. Take a left onto Washington Street and ride towards the ferry terminal. Board the ferry to Oak Bluffs. Once you arrive at Oak Bluffs, disembark and cycle along Seaview Avenue for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn right onto Lake Avenue, and you will arrive at the Flying Horses Carousel located at 15 Lake Ave.

From downtown Nantucket, walk to the nearest bus stop for the Nantucket Regional Transit Authority (NRTA) shuttle service. Board the NRTA shuttle that goes to the ferry terminal. After reaching the terminal, take the ferry to Oak Bluffs. Once you arrive, walk straight along Seaview Avenue for about half a mile. Turn right onto Lake Avenue, and you will see the Flying Horses Carousel at 15 Lake Ave.
