Walking
From the center of Black River, head south on the main street (Rue de l'Intendance) until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route C1. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route C2. Turn left onto Route C2, and follow the signs towards Wiltshire. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see signs for Rocklands Bird Sanctuary. The entrance is on your right. The total walking distance is approximately 3.5 kilometers.

Taxi
You can take a local taxi from any point in Black River. Simply inform the driver that you would like to go to Rocklands Bird Sanctuary. It is best to negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The taxi will take you directly to the sanctuary, which is about a 10-minute drive away. Make sure to have the address handy: Rocklands Rd, Wiltshire, Jamaica.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle in Black River. Start by heading south on Rue de l'Intendance to the roundabout, then take the second exit onto Route C1. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn left onto Route C2. Follow the road for approximately 2 kilometers, watching for signs to Rocklands Bird Sanctuary. The sanctuary entrance will be on your right. The journey should take around 20-25 minutes by bike.
