Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the center of Black River, start by heading towards the main road leading out of town. Walk along Main Street until you reach the junction with the A1 highway. At the junction, turn left and continue walking along the A1 highway. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see signs directing you towards Montego Bay. Keep walking straight until you reach a bus stop near the highway that has buses heading towards Montego Bay. Board one of these buses.

  • Bus

    Once you are on the bus heading towards Montego Bay, stay on for about 45 minutes. The bus will make several stops, but you should remain on until you reach the Montego Bay area. Pay attention to the announcements or ask the driver to inform you when you are close to Sunset Beach Resort. After getting off the bus, walk towards the beachfront area. The resort is located at F373+5P6, which should be visible from the beach.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a local taxi from Black River directly to Sunset Beach Resort. Head to the nearest taxi stand or flag down a taxi. Inform the driver that you would like to go to Sunset Beach Resort in Montego Bay. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting your trip. The driver will take you directly to the resort entrance.
