From Ixtapa or Zihuatanejo, head to the central bus station. Look for buses heading towards Playa Blanca or Barra de Potosí. Purchase a ticket and board the bus. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the 'Carretera Barra de Potosí - Achotes' stop, which is the nearest point to Campamento Tortuguero Ayotlcalli.

Once you get off the bus at the 'Carretera Barra de Potosí - Achotes' stop, walk towards the direction of Playa Blanca along the main road. Follow the road for about 1 kilometer until you see signs for Campamento Tortuguero Ayotlcalli. The entrance will be on your left. It might take around 15-20 minutes to walk there.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer, you can rent a bicycle in Ixtapa or Zihuatanejo. Use the same route as for the bus. Ride towards Playa Blanca along the main road, which is approximately 5 kilometers from Ixtapa. Follow the signs to 'Carretera Barra de Potosí - Achotes' and reach Campamento Tortuguero Ayotlcalli. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes depending on your cycling speed.
