Walking
From the center of Playa del Carmen (along Avenida Constituyentes), walk towards the main bus terminal located at Calle 1 Norte and Avenida 20. This is about a 15-minute walk. Once you reach the terminal, look for the ADO buses heading towards Cancun or Tulum. Purchase a ticket that indicates the stop at Mayakoba, which is located approximately 10 kilometers away from Playa del Carmen. The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Once the bus arrives at the Mayakoba stop, disembark and follow the signs to El Camaleón Golf Course, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Playa del Carmen. Head east on Avenida Constituyentes, then turn left on Avenida 20. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Carretera Federal 307. Turn right onto the federal highway, and you will find bike lanes that lead towards Mayakoba. The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on your pace. Once you reach Mayakoba, follow the signs to El Camaleón Golf Course.

For a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Playa del Carmen. Simply hail a taxi or ask your hotel to call one for you. Inform the driver you want to go to El Camaleón Golf Course at Mayakoba.
