If you are near the Tijuana Cultural Center (Centro Cultural Tijuana), start by heading north on Paseo de los Heroes. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the border crossing at San Ysidro. Cross the border into the United States. Once you are in San Diego, California, follow the signs for the blue line trolley towards 'America Plaza.' After a 10-minute ride, get off at 'City College' station. From there, transfer to the green line trolley towards 'Santee' and ride it for 4 stops until you reach 'Balboa Park' station. Upon exiting the station, head south towards El Prado, and you will find Casa de Balboa located at 1649 El Prado, within Balboa Park.
