Turn left onto Carretera 186 and continue for about 40 kilometers until you see signs for Calakmul. Follow the signs to the Calakmul Biosphere Reserve and keep driving for another 20 kilometers until you reach the entrance of the reserve. Note that there is an entrance fee of around 60 MXN per person to access the reserve. Once inside, follow the signs to Estructura La Gran Plaza, which is located approximately 18 kilometers from the reserve entrance.
