Ferry
To get to the Icebreaker Mackinaw Maritime Museum from Mackinac Island, start by heading to the ferry docks located near the center of the island. Look for the Shepler's Ferry or Star Line Ferry. Purchase a ticket for a ride to Mackinaw City. The ferry ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views of Lake Huron during your journey.

Once you arrive at the Mackinaw City ferry terminal, disembark and follow the main path leading to Huron Avenue. Turn left onto Huron Avenue. Continue walking south for about 0.5 miles. You will pass by several shops and restaurants along the way. The Icebreaker Mackinaw Maritime Museum is located at 131 S Huron Ave on your left-hand side. Look for the large ship displayed in front of the museum.
