From Muskegon, head to the nearest bus stop for the Muskegon Area Transit System (MATS). Board the Route 10 bus towards Grand Haven. The bus will take you through the scenic route along Lake Michigan. Stay on the bus until you reach the Grand Haven City Hall stop. From there, transfer to the Route 5 bus that will take you closer to the harbor. Get off at the Harbor Drive stop. You will then need to walk a short distance north along Harbor Drive, and you will arrive at the GTW Railroad Depot, located at 25-99 N Harbor Dr.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Muskegon. Start your journey by heading east towards the Lakeshore Trail. Follow the trail north along Lake Michigan, enjoying the beautiful views. After approximately 12 miles, you will reach Grand Haven. Continue following the trail until you see signs for Harbor Drive. Turn right on Harbor Drive and follow it to the GTW Railroad Depot at 25-99 N Harbor Dr.

If you are nearby, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the GTW Railroad Depot. Start at the Grand Haven State Park, located at the north end of the beach. Walk south along the beach until you reach the Grand Haven Pier. From there, head towards North Harbor Drive and continue walking north. The GTW Railroad Depot will be on your left at 25-99 N Harbor Dr. It's a short and pleasant walk along the waterfront.
