Begin your journey at the Muskegon State Park located at 3560 Memorial Dr, Muskegon, MI 49445. From the park entrance, head south on Memorial Drive for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the end of the road. At the end of Memorial Drive, take a left onto the Lake Michigan shoreline walking path, which will lead you directly toward the breakwater. Follow the path for about 1 mile until you reach the Muskegon South Breakwater Light. This scenic walk offers beautiful views of Lake Michigan.
