From any location within Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, head to M-22. If you're near Glen Arbor, take M-22 south. Continue on M-22 until you reach the intersection with Frankfort Avenue (M-115) in the town of Frankfort. Turn left onto Frankfort Avenue. Follow Frankfort Avenue for about 1 mile, and you will see the Elberta Dunes South Natural Area (EDNA) entrance on your right at 1200-1204 Frankfort Ave, Frankfort, MI 49635. There is no parking fee at EDNA, but be sure to park in designated areas only.
