Once in Duluth, take exit 255 for 21st Ave E. Turn left onto 21st Ave E, then turn right onto E 2nd St. Continue straight until you reach S 13th Ave E, where you will turn left. The Duluth Rose Garden will be on your right at 15 S 13th Ave E.
