From Great Plains, head southeast on US-63 S. Continue on US-63 S for about 30 miles until you reach the town of Salem. Once in Salem, take the exit for MO-32 W. Follow MO-32 W for approximately 10 miles. Turn left onto Devil's Well Rd. Continue on Devil's Well Rd for about 5 miles until you reach the parking area for Devil's Well. Please note there may be parking fees, so be prepared with cash.
