From the Independence Square, walk to the nearest bus stop at N Main St & E Maple Ave. Take the bus route 24 towards 39th Street & Main. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop at N Delaware St & E Walnut St. From there, walk north on N Delaware St for about 0.2 miles, and you will find the Sawyer Jennings House at 510 N Delaware St on your left.
