Continue on Highway 19 North for approximately 15 miles until you reach the town of Winona. Once in Winona, follow the signs for Falling Spring Mill, which will lead you to the intersection of Highway 19 and County Road 364. Turn onto County Road 364, and after about 1 mile, you will find Falling Spring Mill on your right. There is ample parking available near the mill.
