Continue on I-70 for about 200 miles. As you approach St. Louis, take exit 39A for I-64 E towards the downtown area. Merge onto I-64 E and follow it until you reach exit 36A for Kingshighway Blvd. Take the exit and turn left onto Kingshighway Blvd. Continue on Kingshighway Blvd, then turn right onto Lindell Blvd. The Missouri History Museum will be located on your left at 5700 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63112. There is a parking lot available for visitors, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.
