From Pomme de Terre Lake, head southeast on MO-64 E. Follow MO-64 E for approximately 20 miles until you reach the intersection with US-63 S. Turn right onto US-63 S and continue for about 15 miles. Take the exit for MO-72 E towards Poplar Bluff. Continue on MO-72 E for around 30 miles until you reach the town of Middle Brook. In Middle Brook, turn left onto Taum Sauk Trail (look for signs for Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park). Continue on Taum Sauk Trail for about 5 miles, and you will find Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park on your right at 148 Taum Sauk Trail, Middle Brook, MO 63656. Parking is available at the park entrance, and there is usually a small fee for entry.
