If you are driving from Cave Monastery in Old Orhei, head south on the local road towards the Orheiul Vechi Cultural and Natural Reserve. Follow the signs for 'Orheiul Vechi' as you navigate through the countryside. The reserve is located approximately 10 kilometers from the monastery and should take around 15-20 minutes by car. Upon arrival, you will find a parking area available for visitors. Please note that there may be an entrance fee for the reserve.

To reach Orheiul Vechi Cultural and Natural Reserve from Cave Monastery using public transportation, first, walk to the nearest bus stop. You can take a minibus (known locally as a 'marshrutka') that goes to Orhei. Make sure to ask the driver if the route includes a stop at the reserve. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive, you may need to walk a short distance from the bus stop to the entrance of the reserve. Be prepared to pay for the bus fare, which is usually around 10-15 MDL (Moldovan Leu).
