From the center of La Condamine, head towards the waterfront by walking down Avenue de la République. Continue straight until you reach the Port Hercule area. From there, follow the signs pointing towards the Fontvieille district. Walk along the marina until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Boulevard du Jardin Exotique. Continue walking straight; you will eventually see signs directing you towards Villeneuve-Loubet. The Marina Baie des Anges will be located at Bureau du Port Espace Maurice Aubert, which is a short walk from the main road.
