From the center of Moneghetti, head southeast on Avenue de la République towards Avenue de la Costa. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Boulevard de l'Observatoire. Keep walking straight, and after about 1 kilometer, you will reach another roundabout. Take the second exit onto Promenade des Anglais. Continue walking along the promenade for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will see Parc Phœnix on your right at 405 Prom. des Anglais.

From Moneghetti, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenue de la République. Take bus number 100 towards Nice. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Promenade des Anglais' stop. From there, walk east along the promenade for about 10 minutes, and Parc Phœnix will be on your right at 405 Prom. des Anglais.
