Walking
From the center of Moneghetti, head south on Avenue de la Costa towards Avenue de la République. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route de la Piscine. Turn right onto Route de la Piscine, and follow it as it curves to the left. Continue walking straight until you reach the coastal road, Boulevard de Garavan. Turn left onto Boulevard de Garavan and walk along the promenade towards Menton. After approximately 1.5 km, you will reach Plage des Sablettes, which is located on your right.

From Moneghetti, walk to the nearest bus stop at Avenue de la Costa. Catch bus line 100 towards Menton. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Menton Sablettes' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk straight for about 200 meters towards the beach to reach Plage des Sablettes.
