Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start from Bagan, which is approximately 10 km away from Mya Kan Reservoir. Head east on Nyaung U - Bagan Road (also known as Road No. 1) for about 5 km until you reach the junction. Take a right turn at the junction onto the road leading to Nyaung U. Continue for another 5 km, and you will see signs directing you to Mya Kan Reservoir. • Public Transportation

  For public transportation, you can take a bus from Nyaung U to the nearest bus stop to Mya Kan Reservoir. Buses frequently depart from the Nyaung U bus terminal. The fare is typically around 500-1,000 MMK. Inform the driver that you wish to get off near Mya Kan Reservoir.
