From Bhaktapur Durbar Square, head southwest towards the main road (Bhaktapur - Kathmandu Highway). Continue straight until you reach the bus station (Bhaktapur Bus Park). Here, you can catch a local bus to Kathmandu. Once you arrive in Kathmandu, get off at Thamel, which is the tourist hub. From Thamel, walk to Amrit Marg, which is a short distance away. Look for signs or ask locals for directions to Amrit Marg, where the Himalayan Glacier Adventure and Travel Company is located.
