Walking
If you are in Thamel, start at the Thamel Chowk junction and head east on Tridevi Marg. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Durbar Marg. Turn right onto Durbar Marg and walk until you reach the Narayanhiti Palace Museum. From there, take a left onto the road heading towards the airport area. Continue walking for about 30 minutes until you reach Sinamangal. Look for the signposts directing you to the Aviation Museum, which will be on your left.

Public Bus
From Thamel, walk to the nearest bus station, which is at the Ratna Park area. Take a bus heading towards the airport. You may need to ask locals for the correct bus number or route. The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the Sinamangal stop and walk towards the Aviation Museum. It should be within a 10-minute walking distance from the bus stop.

Microbus
Head to the nearest microbus stop in Thamel. Look for a microbus that indicates it is going towards the airport or Sinamangal. The ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Sinamangal, ask the driver or locals for directions to the Aviation Museum, which is a short walk away.

If you are comfortable riding a bicycle, you can rent one from Thamel. Start by heading east on Tridevi Marg, then follow the same route as described for walking. Biking will allow you to reach the Aviation Museum in about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to follow the road signs towards the airport and Sinamangal.
