If you are starting from the central station (Leiden Centraal), exit the station and head north towards the city center. Follow the signs for the 'Stadhuis' (City Hall). This should take you onto the Stationsweg. Continue straight until you reach the large square, which is the Markt. From the Markt, turn left onto the Breestraat. Walk along Breestraat until you reach the intersection with the Weddesteeg. Turn right onto Weddesteeg, and the Rembrandt Herdenkingsplaquette will be located on your left at Weddesteeg 29.

If you are at the Leiden University campus, exit the campus towards the Rapenburg canal. Walk along the canal towards the city center, passing by the botanical gardens. Continue straight until you reach the Breestraat. Turn left onto Breestraat and walk until you reach the intersection with Weddesteeg. Turn right onto Weddesteeg, and you will find the Rembrandt Herdenkingsplaquette on your left at Weddesteeg 29.

Although walking is the best option due to the short distance, if you prefer public transport, you can take bus line 1 or 2 from Leiden Centraal towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Breestraat'. From there, walk straight down Breestraat until you reach Weddesteeg. Turn right onto Weddesteeg and the Rembrandt Herdenkingsplaquette will be located at Weddesteeg 29 on your left.
