Car
If you are driving, head south on Zaanse Schansweg towards Westzijde. After about 2 kilometers, take the A8 highway towards Amsterdam. Continue on A8 for about 10 kilometers, then take exit 2 towards S116/Amsterdam-Centrum. Merge onto S116 and follow the signs for Amsterdam-Centrum. After about 4 kilometers, turn left onto Keizersgracht. The destination will be on your right at number 401.

Public Transportation
From Zaanse Schans, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located near the Zaanse Schans visitor center. Take bus line 391 towards Amsterdam, which will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Amsterdam, Centraal Station' stop. From there, you can walk to Keizersgracht by heading southwest along Damrak, then turning left onto Damstraat. Continue straight onto Keizersgracht. The destination will be on your right at number 401.
