If you're traveling by car, start from the main entrance of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Head onto Route 611 North. Continue on PA-611 for approximately 5 miles. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Point of Gap Overlook. The overlook is located on your left, just before entering the town of Delaware Water Gap. There is a small parking area available for visitors.

If using public transportation, you can take a bus from nearby towns such as East Stroudsburg, PA. Check for the local bus service, such as the Pocono Pony, which can take you to the Delaware Water Gap area. Once you arrive at the Delaware Water Gap stop, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile along Route 611 North to reach Point of Gap Overlook. Be cautious as you walk along the road as there are no dedicated sidewalks.
