Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, head to the Mt. Tammany parking area located off Route 80. Take exit 1 for NJ-94 N toward Columbia. Follow NJ-94 N for approximately 4 miles until you reach the parking area on the right. This is the main access point for the Mt. Tammany Red Dot Trail. Note that there is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle.

    If you prefer public transportation, take NJ Transit train line from New York City to the Hackettstown station.
