  • Bus

    From downtown Paterson, walk to the nearest bus stop on Market Street. Take the NJ Transit Bus 75 towards New York Port Authority. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive, exit the terminal and head to 8th Avenue. Walk south down 8th Avenue until you reach 14th Street, then turn right and walk east until you arrive at Irving Plaza, located at 17 Irving Place.

  • Train

    Start at the Paterson Train Station located at 100 Broadway. Take the NJ Transit train on the Main Line towards Hoboken. After about 30 minutes, transfer at Secaucus Junction to a train heading to New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station, exit the station and walk east towards 8th Avenue. From there, walk south on 8th Avenue to 14th Street, then turn right and continue east until you reach Irving Plaza at 17 Irving Place.

    If you are near the Great Falls National Historical Park, you can start walking towards downtown Paterson. Head south on McBride Avenue until you reach Market Street. Continue walking on Market Street until you reach the bus terminal, where you can catch a bus to New York.
