Bus
From Carlsbad, head to the nearest bus stop at the intersection of Main St. and 2nd St. Catch the Greyhound bus heading to El Paso. Once you arrive at the El Paso station, transfer to the Greyhound bus heading to San Diego. After approximately 12 hours of travel, you will arrive at the Greyhound station in San Diego. From there, take the MTS Route 9 bus towards Mission Bay. Get off at the 'Sea World Dr & Mission Bay Dr' stop. SeaWorld will be a short walk from there.

Train
Take the Amtrak train from the Carlsbad station heading towards Los Angeles. Once you reach LA, transfer to the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner that goes to San Diego. After you arrive at the San Diego station, take the MTS Route 9 bus towards Mission Bay. Get off at 'Sea World Dr & Mission Bay Dr' stop. From there, it's a short walk to SeaWorld San Diego.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Carlsbad. Head west on 1st St towards the coast, then take the scenic route along the Pacific Coast Highway (Hwy 101). Follow the bike path signs towards San Diego, which is approximately 30 miles away. Once in San Diego, navigate to Mission Bay and follow signs to SeaWorld, which is located at 500 Sea World Dr.
