Car
From Hunter Mountain, head southwest on NY-23A toward Tannersville. Continue on NY-23A for about 8 miles until you reach the intersection with NY-214. Turn left onto NY-214 and follow it for approximately 3 miles. Then, take a right onto Peekamoose Road (County Route 42). Follow Peekamoose Road for about 5 miles until you reach the Peekamoose Blue Hole parking area. Note that there is no fee to park at the Blue Hole.

Start by using the local bus service from Hunter Mountain to the nearby town of Tannersville. From Tannersville, you will need to either arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Peekamoose Road. Once on Peekamoose Road, you can either walk or hike the remaining distance to Peekamoose Blue Hole, which is approximately 5 miles from the nearest drop-off point. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as it may not run frequently.
