Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the center of Montauk, start at the Montauk Train Station. From there, head east on Main Street toward the ocean. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with South Essex Street. Turn right onto South Essex Street and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn left onto Edgemere Street. Montauk Manor will be on your left at 236 Edgemere St. The walk is approximately 20 minutes and covers about a mile.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Montauk. From the bike rental location, head east on Main Street and follow the same route as walking. Pedal down Main Street until you reach the intersection with South Essex Street, turn right, and then left onto Edgemere Street. Montauk Manor will be just ahead on the left. The bike ride is about 10 minutes, depending on your speed.

• Public Transit

  Take the Suffolk County Transit Bus (S92) from the Montauk Train Station. Board the bus going toward East Hampton. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Edgemere Street and South Emerson Avenue. From the bus stop, walk west along Edgemere Street. Montauk Manor will be located just a short distance ahead at 236 Edgemere St. The bus ride takes about 10-15 minutes, and the walk is about 5 minutes.
