If you're driving from the center of North Country, head north on NY-37 towards Massena. Continue for about 30 miles. Once you reach Massena, follow signs for NY-420. Turn left onto NY-420, and then take another left onto County Route 3. After about 2 miles, you'll reach a small parking area near the Northernmost point of New York State, located at latitude 45.0130368 and longitude -74.8335517. There are no parking fees, and the area offers a scenic view.
