From Yonkers Station, take the Metro-North Railroad Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at Grand Central. From Grand Central, exit to the street level and walk west on 42nd St until you reach 6th Ave. Turn left on 6th Ave and continue walking south for about 5 blocks until you arrive at 1391 6th Ave, New York, NY 10019.

If you are near the Yonkers waterfront, you can take a scenic walk along the waterfront promenade. Head towards the Yonkers Station, and then continue walking east towards the Hudson River.
