Subway
From Yonkers, make your way to the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive at Grand Central, transfer to the 7 subway line towards Flushing. Get off at 34th Street-Hudson Yards, then transfer to the A, C, or E subway line towards Downtown Manhattan. Get off at 14th Street and walk west on 14th Street until you reach Washington Street. Turn right onto Washington Street, and you will find Friends of The High Line at 820 Washington St.

Bus
Catch the Bee-Line Bus #1 from any nearby bus stop in Yonkers towards the Bronx. Get off at the last stop in the Bronx and transfer to the MTA Bus #5 towards Manhattan. This bus will take you down to 14th Street and 8th Avenue. From there, walk west on 14th Street towards Washington Street and turn left on Washington. Friends of The High Line will be located at 820 Washington St.

If you are close to the Yonkers waterfront, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the Hudson River. Head south towards the Yonkers Pier and follow the waterfront path until you reach the Metro-North train station. From there, take the Hudson Line train to Grand Central Terminal. Once there, follow the subway directions provided for the quickest route to Friends of The High Line.
