From Auckland Central, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the bus number 955 towards Sunnynook. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sunnynook Shopping Centre stop, disembark. From the bus stop, walk towards the intersection of East Coast Road and Northcote Road. Turn left onto Northcote Road and continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Lyford Crescent. Turn right onto Lyford Crescent, and you will find Lyford Reserve on your right.

Start by taking the train from Auckland Central Station to Glenfield Station. The train journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Glenfield Station, exit and head to the bus stop nearby. Take bus number 955 heading towards Sunnynook. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the Sunnynook Shopping Centre stop. Walk towards the intersection of East Coast Road and Northcote Road, then turn left onto Northcote Road.
