Getting There

    If you're driving, start from the center of Fox Glacier village. Head southeast on State Highway 6 towards Franz Josef Glacier. After approximately 1.5 km, look for the sign for the Westland Tai Poutini National Park on your left. Turn onto the gravel road, which will lead you to the car park for the Terrace Walk. The car park is well marked and can accommodate several vehicles. Note that parking is free.
